Refund and Returns Policy
🐾 Easy Returns & Refunds
We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work:
- 30 Days to Return – You have up to 30 days from purchase to return eligible items.
- Condition – Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
- Perishable pet supplies (food, treats, hay, supplements)
- Opened grooming or sanitary products (like shampoo, sprays, litter, or bedding)
- Opened health & wellness products
- Digital products/ebooks
- Gift cards
- Sale items (final sale)
📚 Books
Pet care books are returnable if unused and in original condition. Books with clear signs of use may only be eligible for a partial refund.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an update by email.
- Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
🎁 Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds go to the gift giver.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For bigger items (like cages or carriers), we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance for peace of mind.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable pet products (e.g., food, treats, hay, supplements)
- Opened grooming or sanitary products (e.g., shampoos, sprays, litter, bedding)
- Hazardous or flammable items (e.g., cleaning solutions, sprays)
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable ebooks or digital products
- Opened health and wellness items for pets
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
- A book on pet care shows clear signs of use
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at shopping@tinyzoomies.com and send your item to: Tiny Zoomies, at the address listed on the invoice.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Tiny Zoomies, at the address listed on the invoice.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For higher-value items (e.g., cages, carriers), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
